Privacy policy

Updated October 14, 2026. This policy describes which personal data the seduttrice.com service processes, for what purpose, for how long and what you can ask us to do with it.

Administrator

Your personal data is administered by the administrator of the seduttrice.com service. For any privacy matter, write to support@seduttrice.com.

Data we process

• Fit Finder answers: occasion, usual bra size or two measurements, preferred styles and colours. Stored with a random link; tied to you only if you create an account.
• Orders: name, email, US shipping address, pieces, sizes, amounts, gift note and order history.
• Account: email, a hashed password, saved sizes, wishlist and Il Circolo preferences.
• Payments: cards are entered on the payment operator's secure page. We receive the payment status, the card brand and the last four digits, never the full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, used to secure the service and prevent abuse.

Purposes and legal bases

• Taking payment, shipping, returns, exchanges and the Fit Promise: performance of a contract.
• Running the Il Circolo membership you chose: performance of a contract.
• Order, shipping and account emails: performance of a contract.
• Security, fraud and spam prevention: legitimate interest.
• Tax and accounting records: legal obligation.

Recipients

Personal data is shared only with service providers that run parts of the shop for us, under contracts that restrict their use of it: a hosting provider, a payment operator, an email delivery provider, shipping carriers and a fulfilment partner. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires, usually seven years. Account data stays until you delete the account. Anonymous Fit Finder results are deleted after 12 months. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. These rights apply under US state privacy laws, including California, Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut, and under the GDPR for EU and UK residents. Write to support@seduttrice.com. We reply within 30 days and never treat you differently for using a right.

Age

The shop is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
