Returns and the Fit Promise
Return unworn pieces with tags within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene, briefs and stockings come back unopened. The Fit Promise gives you one free size exchange, and a faulty piece is always replaced or refunded.
The Fit Promise
If a size is wrong on your first order, request the Fit Promise in your account, pick the new size and we ship it. One free exchange per customer, any category.
How to return
- Sign in and open the order in your account, or write to support@seduttrice.com with your order number.
- We email a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Pack the pieces in the silk box with tags attached, and drop the parcel off.
- We refund to the original card within five business days of receiving it.
What can be returned
