Seduttrice

Italian seduction, worn

Italian lingerie

Italian lingerie is known for fine lace, silk, precise cuts and colour used with restraint. Seduttrice is an Italian-inspired house that designs in that tradition: lace sets, silk robes and corsets in a palette from Nero to Cipria.

What makes Italian lingerie different

Three things, mostly. The lace: dense, patterned, often Leavers-style, with a scalloped edge that is meant to be seen. The silk: mulberry, cut on the bias for nightwear and robes. And the colour: deep and few, black, ivory, an oxblood red and a powdery pink rather than bright prints. Read the longer story in our Italian lace guide.

Where to start

For a first piece, most customers choose a lace lingerie set or a silk robe. Both are designed to last years and to be worn often, not only on special occasions. See also high end lingerie and how we compare with designer lingerie houses.
