How it arrives
A plain outer box with no brand on the outside, then a silk-lined gift box with tissue and a ribbon. Your card statement shows a neutral descriptor. Add a gift note in the bag and we handwrite the card; the packing slip never shows prices.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email when the order leaves us. Signed-in customers also see it in their account.
Where we ship
All 50 states and Washington, D.C. Post office boxes may take a day longer.
