Terms of sale

Updated October 14, 2026. These terms apply to purchases on seduttrice.com, operated by the administrator of the seduttrice.com service, contact support@seduttrice.com.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a piece becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error. Up to three units of the same item can be ordered at once.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken by card or wallet through a secure payment page with 3D Secure.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses by express service, usually within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free from $150 after discounts, otherwise $12. Details are on the shipping page.

Returns, exchanges and the Fit Promise

Unworn pieces with tags and hygiene liners in place can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, briefs, bodysuits with an open liner and stockings can be returned only unopened. The Fit Promise gives each customer one free size exchange. Faulty pieces are replaced or refunded at any time within the legal warranty. See returns.

Il Circolo membership

Il Circolo is a recurring membership billed monthly or prepaid for 12 months, renewing automatically until cancelled. You can skip up to three months in a row and cancel at any time in your account; membership stays active until the end of the paid period. Moving to a higher plan is charged immediately for the rest of the current period. Prepaid periods are not refunded pro rata after the first piece has shipped, except where the law requires.

Discount codes

Codes are valid only on seduttrice.com, cannot be exchanged for cash and may have a usage limit and an expiry date.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Updates apply to orders placed after the new date shown on this page.
